Despite being a walk in hospital/clinic, you are registering the doctors publically. Why?

The purpose for listing our doctors is for the patients to find the specific doctors that they are searching for. Our main objective is for the patients to find their respective doctors with ease so as to facilitate their appointments. In case the facility is only a walk in clinic/hospital, we provide addresses to ensure that patients do not encounter any issues in their visits.

Will my chances of securing an appointment increase if I directly contact you?

We do not provide any form of personal considerations or special services from doctors to patients. We strive to be a completely equitable facility where all patients are treated fairly and equally without preferences. By using, the likelihood of securing an appointment remains similar to booking through any other way.

Even though my appointment with the doctor was reserved through, why did I have to wait in the clinic?

The waiting is entirely up to the doctor and the facility where your appointment is booked. There may be some facilities which utilize a reservation based structure to record the patient’s information while others may operate on tight timetables. Inevitably, the time taken for the doctor to see you depends entirely on the events that unfold on that specific day. cannot prevent these unforeseen circumstances which would have presented themselves even if you chose another method to reserve your appointment.

What is motto for being a free service provider?

Patients often encounter issues when searching for the right medical facility and doctor to consult. operates to facilitate the patient in their search by providing a free, unprejudiced platform for this purpose. operates as an independent entity and our profits are generated by the products we manufacture for the doctors and through advertisements on our web portal.

Will I have to display my Appointment ID to the medical facility when visiting for my reservation?

Although displaying your Appointment ID is not necessary when visiting the clinic/hospital for your appointment, having your appointment confirmation SMS, which has your relevant ID can turn out to be helpful. It is the evidence of your booking and can be used to contact our support for any help that you may desire from our end.

What am I to do when I see any details regarding doctors/clinics/hospitals listed wrong by

We always appreciate if you can help point out any mistake or errors on our part. If you are sure the information is wrong, you can email us directly at [email protected] or call us at +92 42 111 432 446. Our team will look into the matter and make the necessary corrections immediately.

What if any doctor/clinic/hospital of my locality is not listed on and what am I to do about it?

If any of those are not listed on then you must ask your doctor/clinic/hospitals to visit and get listed for free.

How do I cancel an appointment?

If you have made an appointment and got caught up with unusual circumstances, you can cancel the appointment by calling us on our helpline number +92 42 111 432 446 or you can log on to your account, click on "My Records" tab and then click on "Appointments". Here you can see all your appointments and you can manage them or cancel them as per your convenience.

What if i don't remember my Username and / or Password?

To reset your account password, log on to and then click on your name on the top right corner, then click on "My Account". Next, click on the "Settings" tab on top right and you can change your Password as well as your Username (Your Mobile Number).

What is your ‘no-show’ policy?

It is important that you keep us in the loop if you have plans to cancel the appointment. Informing us about canceling your visit on time will give other patients chance for booking an appointment with the doctor. It must also be noted that failing to honor your appointment twice as ‘no-show’ will result in ban from

How much will my appointment cost?

Your appointment will not cost anything to you. Our service is absolutely free.

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment you will have to sign up to by creating your profile. Once you have successfully created your account, you can search doctors from our database and book appointment with them.

How do I know if my booking was successful?

Once you have made your request for appointment, our team at the back end will begin with the verification process and contact the doctor to see if he/she is available for the visit. After confirmation has been made we will inform you via SMS and Call that you’re booking was successful.

Can I make online appointment for online checkup?

No. Although the facility is not available yet, our team is still working on new technologies to create more convenient methods that will help minimize appointment procedure and introduce improved Doctor-Patient communication.

FAQ’s for Doctors:

Are other conditions involved for the the listings? Are you offering free profile listing?

We are offering absolutely free profile listing and do not charge for the appointment booking either.

The basic conditions for listing are:

  • The terms and conditions of provided by must be met accordingly

I have multiple workplaces. How can I add all these clinics and show them?

  • Your account Profile is limited to adding only one clinic according to default settings
  • If you require adding multiple clinics on your account Profile then contact Support team of through phone or email and we will make sure your clinics and their details are added appropriately after verification process.
  • Any additional clinic that is added to the profile can be edited by you. However, the edits you make will take effect within 24 hours of verification process.

If any of my staff has confirmed an appointment through, how do I get notified about it?

To confirm the appointment our team is set to call the number specified by you in your account when a request has been forwarded. The Patient will be eligible for the appointment after this confirmation process. When an appointment is confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled, our team will inform the Patient, Doctor and the Clinical Staff via SMS and call.

How can I register as a doctor?

It’s very simple and takes a few steps. Click on “New User” on the top right of the home page, then click on “Join as Doctor” tab and fill in your required information below and click on the green colored “Register” button. You will then receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your mobile phone number via text message. When you enter the OTP code on the HG website, your doctor’s account will be activated and you can then enter your academic details, your awards and achievements, services provided by you and your hospital/clinic information etc. The more detailed your profile is, the higher the chances of you getting appointment calls through

I am confused. Why did I not receive any notification for being listed and still got listed on

Every doctor who is listed on signs a consent form before his/her profile is displayed. If we somehow failed to get a consent form signed from you and you don’t wish to be on HG, please write to us at [email protected] and we will disable your profile.

Editing your profile on absolutely easy and does not require any technical knowledge. You can login to your account, click on ‘Doctor Profile’ and make the necessary changes before saving them.

I have multiple workplaces. How can I add all these clinics and show them?

Your account Profile is NOT limited to adding just one clinic, you can add all your workplaces and practices with details about their addresses, Phone Numbers for Appointment Bookings and other relevant details. All you have to do is to log in to your account and then click on your name at the top right of the browser page, then click on "Doctor's Profile", you will see all your account details here. You can add or edit all your workplaces/practices in the first field which is the "Practices" field.
